Cancellation Policy
A minimum 24 hour notice (by text or call) is required to avoid 25% cancellation fee, except in case of illness or emergency matters, as a courtesy to me and to other clients who are waiting for this appointment. If you “No Call No Show” your appointment, the 25% cancellation fee will automatically be charged. Your 25% fee can be used towards your rescheduled appointment if rescheduled within 48 hours. Three “No Call No Show” instances will result in a ban from online booking convenience
